This show displays paintings which combine the power of Ahmed’s African heritage with impressions of modern day life in the UK and the wider world
Growing up in Kenya Ahmed’s artistic appetite arose from his backdrop, enhanced by a deep connection with the land, nature and peoples.

After a move to Britain in 1989 he continued to develope his artistic techniques.
Ahmed has exhibited in St Andrews, Scotland and the Millennium Dome. More recently there have been several exhibitions in Calderdale and Bradford.
Graduating with a degree in Visual Arts from Leeds Metropolitan University his work is now receiving international recognition.
