Any persons wishing to enter the first two categories must still be within the age range of the category at the closing date of the competition. It is the responsibility of each entrant to ensure that any images they submit have been taken with the permission of the subject and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws.

Number of entries permitted

Each entrant can submit up to a maximum of five photographs.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights

At no stage in this competition, nor subsequent to it shall The Partnership, or any sponsor, lay claim

The decision of the judges will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Any entrant seeking to communicate directly with a judge on any matter whatsoever concerning the competition will be disqualified from the competition.
